The LEMCO app is developed and provided by Lemcoop as a free service for members of the Lemco Employees Multipurpose Cooperative (LEMCO). This app is intended for informational purposes only and does not perform any financial transactions.
To use the LEMCO App, users must register using the email address they provided during the PRS (Pre-Registration Seminar) conducted by the cooperative. Registration is only available to official members who attended this seminar. If you did not attend the PRS and provide your email, you will not be able to register or use the app.
During registration, we collect your email address to verify attendance at our PRS seminar. Only those who attended the PRS seminar and provided their email can register. The email is used solely for verification and account creation.
After registration, users log in using their badge number to access personal information like account summaries, announcements, and inbox messages.
We may collect anonymized data such as device ID, crash logs, and basic interaction metrics through third-party services such as Firebase (Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Messaging). This data helps us improve performance and ensure app stability. We do not use this data for tracking users across apps for personalized advertising outside of the app.
The LEMCO App is supported by advertising. We display ads through Google AdMob to help fund the app. These ads may be personalized based on user interactions within the app and device identifiers. You can manage your ad preferences through your device or Google settings. We do not share personal data with advertisers beyond what is allowed by AdMob’s privacy policy.
The app may request access to your device’s photo gallery only when you choose to upload a photo (e.g., updating your profile or submitting documents).
We do not access or store any photos in the background or without your permission. Access is limited to the photo you explicitly select, and we only store it if you choose to upload it.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure.
This app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
